SasoGPT is an AI-powered fraud prevention platform that combines game-based scam literacy education and a free-to-use scam detection tool. By blending automated scam analysis with gamified learning, SasoGPT helps users not only avoid individual scams but also build lasting confidence online. Users can screengrab or take a picture of the content they want reviewed. My tool will provide a risk assessment, identify suspicious activity, and direct the user to educational content related to the type of scam just reviewed.

SasoGPT is a free AI-powered fraud detection solution that targets an untapped market by combining advanced machine learning with gamified educational resources to transform vulnerable seniors into confident, digitally-literate fraud-fighters.
To start, a user begins at the SasoGPT home screen, which offers two simple options: 1. Analyze Text: for suspicious Emails, text messages, and sketchy website listings. 2. Analyze Image/Document: for screenshots, scanned letters, or photos of physical mail.
The homescreen will contain these two prompts in an intuitive placement for easy access. And to further push accessible-use options, such as large text, high contrast, or text-to-speech, will be toggleable in a settings bar.
Once a message or document is uploaded, SasoGPT’s AI engine takes over. Using multiple advanced machine learning models, the system analyzes the content within seconds and generates a risk score out of 100, displayed in three levels: low, medium, or high. But unlike traditional scanners, SasoGPT provides more than just a risk label. It also classifies the suspicious material into specific scam types such as phishing, tech support, romance, or government impersonation. A specific gamified learning module will be provided if the user wants to learn more about a particular archetype of scam.
SasoGPT connects every classification to a senior-friendly learning module. These modules include brief, scenario-based lessons and cognitive training exercises that challenge users to identify red flags, practice slowing down before responding, and build habits like verifying identities through trusted channels. Over time, repeated exposure to these targeted modules improves users’ scam recognition skills and decision-making resilience. In this way,
SasoGPT evolves from a one-time scam-checker into an ongoing digital-safety coach, empowering seniors to navigate an AI-driven world with greater confidence and knowledge.
Interactive Scam Case Studies is a visual, hands-on analysis of real scam examples seen across emails, texts, and video chats. SasoGPT will highlight suspicious elements of a real scam example. When users hover over flagged areas, overlays explain why each aspect may be dangerous, helping seniors recognize scam indicators in context.
The Scam EQ Tool will use interactive exercises to strengthen sustained attention and working memory, thereby building cognitive defenses against scam manipulation. Through game-based challenges, users practice maintaining focus and retaining information over extended periods. I've developed a working prototype and am planning field testing.
By blending technology and gamified education, SasoGPT evolves from a one-time checker into a digital safety coach. Users don’t just get protection; instead, they build confidence and independence online. The interactions will sharpen awareness, reduce fear, and foster trust in one’s ability to stay safe in a rapidly changing digital world.
